Retreat

I'm daring to do something very special and take you to Skinnskatteberg in Sweden, where my journey as a yoga teacher began in 2018. Snowed in, it's particularly cozy there, we have the entire area exclusively for ourselves. With a beautiful yoga shala, sauna house right by the lake and the very best vegan food, I invite you to start your year 2026 with an extra dose of self-care & mindfulness.

Everything is included in the price - your option from a quadruple room to a double or single room, breakfast, lunch & dinner and, of course, a traditional fika* in the afternoon. *Fika is a Swedish coffee break with pastries - a moment to pause and exchange ideas with others.

We are remote and surrounded by dense forests at this heartland location - but don't worry, it's still easily accessible. You fly comfortably to Stockholm, then take the train to Skinnskatteberg and we will pick you up from the train station. The Yoga & Self Care Retreat is your chance to become one with nature and give yourself peace and love. But of course your physical yoga practice (= asana) will not be neglected either. We round off the program with journaling, yoga nidra to fall asleep, a fulfilling sound bath, snowy forest walks, sauna sessions & ice bathing (optional, of course). An all-round carefree package.

During the 6 days we will spend together, we will move, breathe, meditate and connect - with Mandala Vinyasa Flow, Yin & Restorative, Sharing Circles and much more. If you don't feel like a program point, you are of course free to withdraw - you simply listen to yourself and your needs. Leave stress, tension & co. behind and get involved in the community that is created. Find your tribe & find yourself at the same time - in presence, mindfulness and above all: very gently.

Retreat Location

Imagine this: You get up, get your cup of tea or coffee - with crunching fresh snow beneath you, you make your way outside onto the raised terrace. You look down at the lake, lined with magnificent pines and spruces, and breathe in the cold winter air. At the foot of the lake, you can see the cute little sauna house, the meditation tipi & nature as far as the eye can see.

It simply couldn't be more beautiful, I think. I spent the summer here almost 7 years ago and did my first yoga teacher training. I know every nook and cranny here and am really looking forward to showing you around. The interior is simple, but lovingly designed and cared for. There are two yoga salas, double, triple and quadruple rooms, a library, a lounge area, a dining room, an electric sauna as well as a wood-fired sauna on the water, a tepee, a sweat lodge and a sun deck by the lake.

Food & Drinks

There are three large meals a day as well as tea and water throughout the day. Definitely a highlight: in the afternoon there's a traditional fika for us.

The cuisine is vegan and gluten-free, prepared with lots of love and predominantly made from organic ingredients. Inspired by Ayurvedic teachings, healthy fats, easily digestible pulses and many digestive spices are used in the cooking. The meals are put together in such a way that the body is well supplied with protein. Sugar and artificial sweeteners are deliberately avoided - instead there is something healthy sweet and fresh, home-baked bread every other day. Simple, nourishing and beneficial.

The full retreat days go something like this:

07:30: Tea, coffee & smoothie - time for journaling
08:15-10:15: Movement & meditation
10:30: Rich brunch
From 11:00: Free time
13:00: Light lunch
From 15:00/16:00: Our afternoon sessions offer a healing mix of pranayama, yin yoga, sound, restorative yoga and inspiring workshops
19:00: Dinner

On the last evening we celebrate together with a white party and a closing ceremony.

  • 2 Feel Good Yoga sessions per day from Power Vinyasa to Yoga Nidra & Breathwork as well as meditation

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

A non-refundable deposit of 35% of the retreat price is due upon booking. The balance must be paid by 31.12.25. Cancellations within 4 weeks of the retreat are non-refundable. Please contact me for individual payment plans (e.g. monthly etc.) If the minimum number of participants is not reached, I reserve the right to cancel the retreat. In this case you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
